Terms of Service & Client Agreement

1. Ordering & Payment Protocol

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on NewCloneWatches.com.

1.2 Product Availability: While we maintain a real-time inventory system (“Ready to Ship”), high-demand models may occasionally be subject to short waitlists. We will notify you immediately if this occurs.

1.3 Payment Security: We accept Bank Wire and Cryptocurrency. We reserve the right to request additional verification (KYC) for first-time orders exceeding $2,000 to prevent fraud. This protects both parties.

1.4 Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund before the QC (Quality Control) photos are approved. Once QC is approved and the package is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Logistics & Customs Liability

2.1 Global Delivery: We partner with FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Standard delivery timeframe is 5-15 business days. 2.2 Customs Responsibility (The “Safe Passage” Clause):
  • Customs Seizure: Unlike other sellers, we bear the risk. If your package is seized by customs, we will issue a one-time Free Reshipment or a Full Refund.
  • Import Duties: While we use “Triangular Shipping” to minimize duties, any local import taxes levied by your government are the responsibility of the buyer.
2.3 Lost in Transit: If the tracking status does not update for 30 days, the package is deemed “Lost”. We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost.

3. Returns, Replacements & Warranty

3.1 The 7-Day Inspection Period:
  • You have 7 calendar days from delivery to inspect your watch.
  • If a manufacturing defect is found, we provide a Free Replacement (we cover return shipping).
  • If you simply change your mind, you may return the watch (buyer covers return shipping) for a refund, provided it is unworn and stickers are intact.
3.2 The 1-Year Movement Warranty: We guarantee the movement mechanism for 12 months. This covers timekeeping accuracy and power reserve issues. It does not cover water damage caused by an open crown, accidental drops, or cosmetic wear and tear. 3.3 Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed via Bank Wire or Crypto within 24 hours of our team inspecting the returned item.

4. Legal Disclaimer & Liability

4.1 Product Representation: We strive for 1:1 accuracy. However, minor variations in batch production (e.g., microscopic font differences) are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

4.2 Limitation of Liability: NewCloneWatches.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

4.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or global logistics strikes.
