After QC approval and shipment, tracking information may be provided when available. This page explains how to read tracking updates and when to contact us.
How Tracking Works
Tracking information usually becomes active after the package is processed by the carrier. International tracking may not update every day, especially during transit or customs processing.
Tracking Status Guide
| Status | Meaning | What to Do |
|---|---|---|
| Label created | The shipment is being prepared | Wait for carrier scan |
| In transit | The package is moving through the shipping route | Continue monitoring |
| Customs processing | The package is under customs review | Wait for the next update |
| Delivered | The carrier marked the package delivered | Check delivery location or contact us if needed |
When to Contact Us
- Tracking has not updated for a long time
- Carrier shows delivered but you did not receive it
- Address or phone number needs confirmation
- Customs or delivery support is needed
