Send the product link or model photo on WhatsApp so we can confirm details.
Step 03: Confirm Stock
We check availability, price, factory version, QC process and estimated timing.
Step 04: Complete Payment
After confirmation, follow the payment instructions provided by our official contact.
Step 05: Receive QC Photos
We prepare QC photos or video proof when available before shipment.
Step 06: Approve and Ship
After QC approval, we arrange packaging and shipping.

How do I place an order?
Choose a watch and contact us on WhatsApp or via email at support@superclonewatchvip.com with the product link or model photo. We will confirm stock, price, QC process, and payment details
Do I pay before or after QC?
The order process depends on the model and stock status. Please confirm the exact process with us before payment.
Which payment methods are available?
We currently accept Zelle, Venmo, Wire Transfer, and Cryptocurrency. You can enjoy an 8% discount by paying via Wire Transfer or Crypto! Please note that PayPal is currently available for selected returning customers only. Let us know which method works best for you.
How do I avoid fake contacts?
Only use the WhatsApp and email listed on our official website.
What happens if the watch is seized by customs?
We offer a 100% customs insurance guarantee. If your package is lost or seized by customs, we will ship a brand-new replacement completely free of charge. You bear zero risk.
When will I receive the QC pictures/videos, and can I reject the watch if I see flaws?
QC photos and timegrapher videos are usually sent within 3–7 days after payment. If you notice any issues or are unsatisfied, you can absolutely reject it (RL), and we will source another brand-new piece for your approval.
How long does shipping take and is there a tracking number?
We ship worldwide via DHL/FedEx using secure, discrete packaging.Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (allow 7–15 days in rare cases due to customs delays). A tracking number will be provided immediately upon dispatch.
Why don’t new customers support PayPal?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Due to recent PayPal policy updates regarding high-value merchants, our current PayPal transaction limits are strictly reserved for our long-term returning clients. However, Zelle and Wire Transfer are equally secure, and you can enjoy an 8% discount by using them!
