How Shipping Works After QC Approval
After you approve QC photos or video proof, we arrange packaging and shipping according to your destination country and the available route.
Delivery time may vary depending on destination, shipping method, customs conditions, holiday delays and logistics updates.

Customs and Delivery Notes
Customs processing varies by country and may cause delays. Tracking information may not update every day, especially during international transit.
If tracking does not update immediately, it does not always mean the package is lost. International parcels may take time to enter the next logistics stage.
