1. How to Request a Replacement (Defects/Damage)
In the rare event of shipping damage or a factory defect, we make it right immediately.
1. Notify Us: Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or Email.
2. We Cover Shipping: We will provide a return address (Hong Kong hub) and cover the shipping cost.
3. Fast Turnaround: Once received, a brand new watch is shipped to you. If out of stock, we offer a full refund or alternative model.
2. “Changed Your Mind” Returns
If the watch is perfect but you simply decide it’s not for you, we accept returns.
- Condition: Watch must be unused, with all plastic wraps and tags intact.
- Shipping: For non-defective returns, the buyer covers the return shipping fee.
- Refund Speed: We initiate the refund (via Bank Wire/Crypto) within 24 hours of inspection.
